To exchange or return your online purchase from Pokeca, the following conditions apply:

Return period
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

Condition of the product
We would like to make someone else happy with your purchase. Therefore, the item must be in its original packaging as far as possible and in an unused and resalable condition.
If an item is no longer in its original condition, a depreciation in value may be charged.

Sealed products
Products that are sealed (such as trading cards, boosters, displays, or other sealed products) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Return procedure
Would you like to return a product? Please contact our customer service first via [email/contact page/Whatsapp]. We will assist you further with the return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

At Pokeca, orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, or DPD.

Home delivery
Your order will be delivered to your home via PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can easily track your package.

Collection point
You can also choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL, DHL, or DPD collection point near you. As soon as your package has arrived there, you will receive a notification and can pick up the package whenever it suits you.

Important
It is not possible to choose which shipping company your order is sent with yourself. Pokeca automatically selects the carrier that is most suitable for your order at that time.

Did you place your order on a business day? If so, your order will generally be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace, so that you can easily track your package.

Orders on Friday
Orders placed on Friday are generally delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery outside the Netherlands
For orders abroad, the delivery time may be longer. Depending on the destination country, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been shipped.

In some cases, the exact delivery time may differ due to high volumes at the carrier, public holidays, customs checks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All prices on Pokeca are carefully determined and are subject to change. Due to changes in the trading card market, product availability, or temporary promotions, prices may be adjusted.

The price displayed at the time of ordering is the final price for your order.

At Pokeca, you can place pre-orders for upcoming TCG products. This ensures you are guaranteed your product as soon as a new set or product is officially released.

When do pre-orders go online?
Pre-orders usually appear 1 to 2 weeks before the official release. At that point, we typically know how many products we will be allocated and whether we can deliver the product on the release date.
If a product is not available on release, we will list it online as soon as we have it in stock.

Shipping of pre-orders
Pre-orders are shipped around the official release date, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Orders containing pre-orders
Orders containing both pre-order products and in-stock products will be shipped as soon as all products are available. If you would like to receive products sooner, please place two separate orders.

Release dates and prices
Release dates are indicative and may be adjusted by the manufacturer. Due to fluctuations in the TCG market, prices and the availability of pre-orders may change.
