Postage costs

The Netherlands
• Free shipping from €175, -
• Under €175: €6.95

Belgium and Germany
• Free shipping from €200, -
• Under €200: €9.00

Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Sweden
• Fixed shipping costs: €19.99

Other EU countries
• Fixed shipping costs: €14.99

Rest of the world
• Fixed shipping costs: €65.00

Delivery time

We do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day . If that's not possible, your order will be shipped the next business day. In most cases, you'll receive your order within 1-3 business days .

All shipments are shipped with track & trace via reliable parcel services. Deliveries generally take place on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM . Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Not at home / package not collected

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point.
If it's not picked up within the specified timeframe, or if the package is refused at the door, we charge a €6.95 return shipping fee for the Netherlands and €9.00 for Belgium . After receiving the returned package, we will automatically cancel your order and refund the purchase price minus the return shipping fee within 60 days.

We'll only ship once all items are available . If you'd like to receive the available products sooner, please place a separate order.
