Shipping Policy
Shipping rate
We offer free shipping on orders over €175 for customers from the Netherlands and over €200 for customers from Belgium and Germany.
For orders under €175,- we charge a shipping rate of €6,75 for the Netherlands and for orders under €200,- we charge a shipping rate of €9,00 for Belgium. For the rest of Europe we charge a shipping rate of €14,95 and €29,99 for the rest of the world.
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 13:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in doing so and then it will be sent the next day, so you will receive the package within 2 workdays.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery of various parcel services and is always with track & trace. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
Refusing a package or not collecting it from a collection point
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not collect it there, we will unfortunately have to charge €6.75 for return costs. As soon as the package is returned to us, your order will be cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
Pre-order
When you place a pre-order in combination with other in-stock products or pre-orders, the entire order will only be shipped when everything is in stock. If you want to receive the in-stock products earlier, you need to create separate orders.
