Royal Blood, the tenth expansion for the One Piece Card Game, is a direct adaptation of the manga’s storyline known as the Punk Hazard Arc. Set in the New World and marking the beginning of the second half of the original pirate saga, these stories find the Straw Hat crew exploring the eponymous Punk Hazard Island, a dangerous place not found on any nautical map. Sandwiched between a sea of fire on one side and an impenetrable iceberg on the other, the island is inhabited by dragons, centaurs, and the creepy experiments of a mad scientist named Caesar Clown. And of course, the nearly incorporeal, demonic-looking Caesar Clown is one of the new leader cards in the set, capable of defeating an opponent’s character with a power of 4000 or less once per attack by returning one of our Punk Hazard characters to our hand.
